Online Access / TRIAGE
Please note, you can register on-line for Repeat Prescriptions and as from 1st April 2019 you can register for on-line access to your Medical Records (coded information only). As from 9th April 2019 you can register for ONLINE TRIAGE.
What is online triage?
Online Triage is a 24-hour triage system that's accessed via the practice website
Online triage gives you the ability to seek medical advice via electronic forms and access self-care resources, Online Triage provides everyone with convenient care whenever it’s needed.
Covering 91 different topics, all 75 forms offer comprehensive support as they can be completed by you, the patient, or by those who care for others. You can be confident that you are receiving the right help too, since every single form has been authored and approved by a team of over 20 GPs, as well as Patient.info’s clinical director, Dr Sarah Jarvis.
This will also enable you to better self-care with access to self-help resources, including 200 videos.
Online Triage provides you with a convenient way to seek health advice. You can access this via your online patient access login and follow the link below.
If you wish to register for patient online access, please fill out the registration form from the link below and bring into the surgery. Please note, before your online pin can be generated to you we will need to see proof of ID so please bring this with you.
